To further our student's education, Harmony Horse Stables offers the opportunity to work with world class riders and educators in clinics throughout the year. Here are just some of the clinicians we have worked with:

Denny Emerson

Denny Emerson, eventer, trainer, coach, author, leader, activist, has been a significant, influential force in the equestrian community for a half-century. Team Harmony travels down to Denny's "Tamarack Hill Farm" located in Southern Pines, North Carolina and Strafford, Vermont. Our students have recently had the opportunity to ride with Denny in front of hundreds of spectators at the Equine Affaire. We have been very fortunate to work with Denny over the past 8 years and continue to look forward to working with him. Our trips are always extremely educational and it is an honor to have had the opportunity to work with Denny.

Jerry Schurink

Jerry Schurink is the Director of Equine Studies at UMass Amherst and the IHSA Equitation Team Coach. Jerry regularly conducts regional and national riding clinics. He has comprehensive knowledge of Advanced level eventing, Prix St. Georges dressage, and Open Class jumpers. One of the strongest components of his teaching style and philosophy is relating information to the real world. Having extensive experience in the horse industry within and outside the university environment, he is able to relate and apply instruction to real life situations. We have been very fortunate to have Jerry come out to Harmony and work with our students on a regular basis.
